Matthew Roszak is co-founder and managing partner of SilkRoad Equity, a private investment firm. Mr. Roszak also serves as a director and chief financial officer of SilkRoad Technology, Inc.

Prior to SilkRoad, Matthew Roszak was senior vice president, corporate development, for Divine, Inc. Previously, Roszak was a principal with Advent International plc in London. Advent is one of the world’s largest and most successful international private equity investment firms, managing in excess of $8 billion, with offices in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Prior to joining Advent, Mr. Roszak spent five years with Keystone Capital Partners LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm.

Matthew Roszak has experience in executing a broad scope of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; corporate and transactional financing, including private equity, venture capital, mezzanine and conventional financings; public offerings, private placements and financial restructurings. Mr. Roszak earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Lake Forest College. Mr. Roszak serves on the board of advisors for the Chicago Software Association and the Lake Forest Entrepreneurs Club.
